The installation "Summer of Love" consists of huge (up to 250 cm) flowers made of aramid and carbon fibres. At the bottom of each flower is an upward-facing loudspeaker with a mechanism that allows it to rotate according to the vibrations of the loudspeaker membrane. A 19-channel electro-acoustic composition controls the choreography of the garden and creates a highly complex sound field from the moving blossoms, in which frequencies, reflections and Doppler shifts repeatedly spatialize the soundtrack anew.
