Stefania Crisan

Born in Timisoara in 1993, Stefania Crisan received her DNSEP/diploma in Art with honours at the Ecole Supérieure d'Art de Lorraine (Metz) in 2019. "I started my research as a painter. For me, the trigger for creation is an encounter with landscapes, plants, minerals, people and animals. I collect images, memories, plants, sentences, songs, emotions. I try to put these elements in tension by developing installation and performance protocols: how to lead a revolution with a breath of dust, in search of the presence of a deceased person, through a vibrant song, which is evoking light?

Carolina Fonseca

Born in Colombia in 1987, Carolina Fonseca lives and works in Metz where she graduated with honours with a DNSEP/diploma in Art from the Ecole Supérieure d'Art de Lorraine (Metz) in 2019. In her practice drawing takes center stage by which she awakens sculptural, architectural and landscape forms. She forwards these into spaces, developing universes where different techniques are mixed together. She reflects on the relationship with others, may they be human or non-human, living or not, and on the close link to the environment, that she creates. Imagining different ways of relationships, she evokes new economic relations, different ways of caring, different ways of understanding space and multiple forms of time.

Ivda Montanavelli

Born in 1998 Ivda Montanavelli lives and works in Metz where she’s finishing her last year of Master/DNSEP in Art at the Ecole Supérieure d'Art de Lorraine (Metz). "My practice revolves around thresholds. I cannot help but maintain an indeterminate relationship between the world, things, and myself. Exploring this relationship my installations and activations arise. They evolve within another space, an uncreated space like an environment, a place without being, a space of the living.

Célia Muller

Born in 1992 and originally from Meisenthal, Célia Muller now lives and works in Metz where she received her DNSEP/diploma in art with honours from the Ecole Supérieure d'Art de Lorraine (Metz) in 2020. "My drawing practice develops in close connection with photography, video or writing. With hybrid and poetic forms, my work crosses the relationships to memory, space and time in everyday life.“
