However, we already warmly invite you to our next opening celebration on 30 April at 7 p.m. – featuring Retro23 (Alexander Hoffmann) and Akosua Viktoria Adu-Sanyah! Our inner courtyard, including the installation by Joni Marriott, remains open.

Heimaten network of the HKW Berlin
We are part of the heimaten network, initiated by the Haus der Kulturen der Welt Berlin and debuted with a festival from September to December 2025.

From May 1, 2026, the project series DER EINE RAUM enters its second round. The Stadtgalerie presents another work from the municipal art collection. This time, the art toy Hold Your Thoughts by the artist Eric Schwarz, also known as @comicblues.
Our project series AI JOINS US enters its second round. From May 1st, 2026, we will present the new work by Hojin Kang. For his piece Melancholic Machines: Daring to Play (no.3), the artist trained a generative AI with drawings by his four-year-old son, Junoh.
